Capacity Building supports are designed to help you learn new skills, build confidence, and strengthen your independence. They can include help to develop everyday routines, support to access therapy services, and building your ability to participate in home, school, work, and community life.

Capacity Building isn’t about someone doing things for you — it’s about supporting you to grow and take control.
